Working alongside tactical medicine experts, we were able to create this compact med pouch designed to carry a hemostatic tourniquet or similar equipment. The added loop panel allows the tourniquet to be accessed and taken out in a fraction of a second. The goal was to make the accessibility as fast as humanly possible to save the time that might save a life. The modular attachment system allows for the pouch to be fitted to MOLLE platforms, vests and belts.
