The M-Tac Pouch for Tourniquet Elastic with Loop Gen.5 is an essential element of a soldier’s medical loadout, designed to securely carry and instantly access a CAT tourniquet.

Made from Cordura 500D, the pouch offers high durability, abrasion resistance, and long-term reliability. In this generation, both side straps are fixed with VELCRO® Brand, enabling quick right- or left-hand removal of the tourniquet. The wide elastic band provides a strong hold, preventing accidental loss during movement.

Thanks to its well-implemented ambidextrous design, the tourniquet can be drawn instantly from either side. The pouch attaches to the front loop panel under the flap of a plate carrier, allowing placement on the left, right, or directly beneath the front panel. At the bottom, an elastic loop is provided for securing a marker.

This compact, lightweight model is a critical component of an individual first-aid and combat gear setup.
