It is made from durable American NYCO Extreme fabric by Brookwood (nylon, cotton). This lightweight material is approximately three times more tear-resistant, ten times more breathable, and dries faster compared to standard NYCO fabric. It also retains its color after washing and is highly resistant to sun fading.

The second-generation boonie hat features a unique cut with short, semi-rigid brims that protect against sunlight while remaining more convenient for shooting. A MOLLE interface is sewn around the crown, allowing for the attachment of additional camouflage elements. The hat includes a chin cord to prevent it from flying off in strong winds and features metal eyelets for excellent ventilation.
