The M-Tac Tactical IFAK Insert Organizer Elite is a convenient piece of gear designed for storing and carrying essential medical supplies.

The pouch is intended for use inside a backpack or bag. It is made from Cordura Squadron, a durable, high-quality, and wear-resistant material, and reinforced with Tegris thermoplastic composite to increase structural strength and durability.

The internal organizer is made from innovative Hypalon material. Flexible equipment placement is achieved through perforated holes and elastic cords with cord locks. In the center of the organizer there is an elastic band designed for medical gloves (or other similarly sized items). A holder for a marker or pen is located on the right side, while the left side includes a dedicated mount for a tourniquet.

The pouch closes with a loop flap. On the front side there is an integrated holder for trauma shears with additional retention using an elastic strap with a snap button. The top and bottom of the pouch feature paracord handles with heat-shrink tubing for convenient removal and carrying. A loop panel on the back allows attachment of identifiers or patches.
